  • Jerk chicken on a crusty bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo
  • Panini! Montreal smoked meat, provolone dill pickle, mustard mop and mayo
  • cranberry ciabatta with sliced chicken breast, avocado-lemon mayo, grilled onions, tomato and pea shoots
  • multigrain croissant, roast beef, chimichurri, tomatoes and lettuce
  • Wrap! black bean-squash patties, creamy dill slaw

DESSERTS:

  • chocolate chip oatmeal cookies
