SOUP: Slow cooked Beef and grilled summer squash

SALADS:

  • Mixed bean and roasted butternut squash
  • beets nd arugula with red wine vinaigrette and fresh dill
  • Sweet soy vermicelli
  • Rubbed kale with pistachio crunch
  • watermelon, feta, arugula and balsamic cream

SUPER SALAD:

  • fresh spinach, carrot and purple cabbage with avocado, sliced egg, cheddar, pumpkin seeds and buttermilk dressing

SANDWICHES:

  • Perfetto baguette with roast beef, tomato, spinach and bacon-onion mayo
  • Multigrain croissant with chicken-apple salad
  • sliced tomato, brie and garlic scape asiago pesto on marble rye 🙂
  • Wrap! beet and basil smash, feta, sweet potato and greens

DESSERTS:

  • oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
  • chocolate-ginger cookies
