SOUP: Thai Curry Lentil

SANDWICHES (Don’t forget, we can vegetarianize most sandwiches)

  • Sliced Slow Roasted Beef, Pickled Red Onions, Arugula and Mayo
  • Tuna, Avocado, Arugula and cucumber
  • Cubano! Slow roasted citrus thyme marinated Pork Loin, Ham,  Swiss Dill Pickle and Mustard – paninoized:)
  • Moroccan carrot Almond, Black Olives, Cucumber and Pea Shoots Arugula

SALADS

  • Kale, Cauliflower, Pepitas and Lemon Tahini dressing
  • Grilled Green Beans and Peppers with Balsamic Cream
  • Pasta, green Pea and Lemon Basil Avocado dressing
